Each year, in November or December, we go back to the same bench in Highgate Woods, which is about a mile from our house, and have our picture taken together.
Mum and Dad have been taking this picture every year since Ben was 5 months old in the Autumn of 1990. The picture's usually taken around noon, if possible on a sunny day, on a Nikon FM fitted with a 50mm lens. The most recent, at the bottom of the page and taken in 2001, is the twelth picture.
